Peggy Lynch

Peggy Lynch has been a dedicated Full-Time Broker since 1982 and loves helping people with their real estate needs. As a Colorado native, born and raised in Wray, Colorado, Peggy has spent the past 33 years as a REALTOR^® working in Estes Park and the nearby communities.

She has been married 49 years to John Lynch, a woodworking craftsmen and wonderful husband. Prior to moving to Estes Park, they lived on an island in Northern Minnesota running a summer resort and year round restaurant, so exploring commercial investments with clients is second nature to her.

John and Peggy have 2 sons. Shawn and his wife Kellie live in Asheville, NC with 11 year old granddaughter Marissa and a 8 year old grandson James. Shawn is also a RE/MAX agent in the Asheville area! Their son Chad is a computer whiz in Seattle, WA, and keeps Peggy on top of technology. He is also married to a computer whiz Michelle Wagner Lynch.

Staying active in the Board of REALTORS^® has always been top of mind. Peggy is a past President  and has held about every position on the Board.

Peggy has been very active in the community as a member of Quota International since 1987. She is a past President and "Quotarian of the Year" in the five-state District. It is not unusual to see crutches or wheelchairs in the back of her car delivering hospital equipment from the Quota Loan Closet. Peggy's involvement in Quota Club has included aiding in the purchase of nine ambulances, attending international conventions and assisting in too many projects to list. Peggy also spend several years on the Town of Estes Park's Housing Authority.

Peggy stays on top of her real estate education. Staying ahead of market changes and lending is very important in serving the needs of her clients. Here are some of the designations she has earned:

ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) - The ABR designates that a REALTORS^® is certified to act as a buyer's agent, meaning they represent the buyer in the transaction.

CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - CRS designation holders are residential salespeople specializing in listing properties, selling, and investing, as well as mortgage financing and computer applications.

GRI (Graduate, REALTOR^® Institute) - The highly respected GRI designation indicates a high level of advanced education in a wide variety of areas.

QSC (Quality Service Certification) - The QSC Certification indicates that a REALTOR^® follows a prescribed service process that ensures the delivery of top quality customer service, accountability, reliability and satisfaction.

SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) - These professionals specialize in senior citizen's issues and their financial planning in regards to real estate.

*E-Star REALTOR^® - Trained in the execution of energy mortgages and in the use of the E-Star home energy rating system in the marketing of homes.

CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) - Successfully completed special training designed to build skills in the marketing of luxury homes and estate properties and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

RRS (Recreation and Resort Specialist) - Successfully completed certification that speaks specifically to the unique needs and practices of recreation and resort property sales and management with the Worldwide Recreation and Resorts Sales Council.

Business Accomplishments in the line of Real Estate are: RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2002, RE/MAX International Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006, Platinum Club and Chairman Club Honors annually since 1999, and the top honors of Diamond Club in 2017 and Titan Club in 2018. She is dedicated and ready to share this knowledge and experience with every client. Most of her business comes from continual referrals from fantastic past clients and friends.

Kirk Fisher

Kirk was born and raised in Iowa. He graduated college from Minnesota State University with a BS in Earth Science and Minor in Geology. He spent two summers during college working in Estes Park; so minutes after graduation he was headed to Estes Park to live, he didn't care what job was available he wanted to live in Estes. Kirk has been a full time Estes Park resident for 26 years. He met his beautiful wife Wendy and they were married in Rocky Mountain National Park in 2001.

He is an avid fisherman both fly/spin, hiker, golfer, loves football and baseball. So if you wish to ask him where to hike, fish or want to discuss climate or rocks, he is your man.

Peggy and Kirk have been working together for 12 years and if you're not willing to have fun whether you're buying or selling then they might be the wrong team for you! Both Peggy and Kirk pride themselves on listening to what the client is looking for and make every attempt to get it right the first time. They will work extremely hard for you and have fun doing it!
